A thoughtfully paced journey from Lisbon through historic Alentejo and onward to the Atlantic. Two supported e-bike rides reveal Portugal at ground level, alongside neighbourhood culture, regional food, artisans, medieval towns and wine. The week ends with time on the water and an unhurried coastal finish.

Welcome to Lisbon
Arrival, rooftop drinks and a Portuguese welcome dinner
Guests arrive in Lisbon and have time to settle in before gathering for rooftop drinks overlooking the city. Dinner introduces the group to contemporary Portuguese cooking in an atmospheric restaurant or privately reserved dining space. The first evening is intentionally social and unhurried, allowing the trip to begin with a sense of place rather than a scheduled tour.
