Trip Map

1
Arrival and Welcome
Arrive at Faro Airport and transfer to the retreat base near Quinta do Lago.
During the group orientation, guests receive the padel schedule, an introduction to the coaching team and practical information about the wellness and recovery facilities available throughout the stay.
The evening includes welcome drinks and a private Portuguese dinner, giving the group its first opportunity to meet before the training program begins.

2
Padel Fundamentals and Recovery
Begin with a guided mobility session focused on preparing the shoulders, hips and lower body for padel.
Coaches assess each guest’s experience and divide the group by ability. Beginners learn scoring, racket control, basic shots, court positioning and how to use the walls. Returning players work on movement, shot placement and doubles strategy.
The afternoon is reserved for recovery. Guests can use the sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and plunge pools or receive a pre-arranged massage or assisted stretching treatment.

3
Skills Development and Portuguese Food
The second coaching session focuses on serving, returning, volleying, communicating with a partner and moving together as a doubles team. Guests apply the techniques during short coached matches.
The afternoon is free for the beach, pool, spa or optional additional court time.
In the evening, the group participates in a private Portuguese culinary experience. The final format may be a chef-led cooking class, seafood-focused dinner or guided tasting of Algarve olive oils, cheeses, preserves and wines.

4
The Ndawani Social Cup
Start with a short warm-up clinic before participating in a friendly doubles tournament.
Players rotate partners and opponents so that different ability levels can play together. Coaches manage the format, provide guidance during the matches and help newer players participate comfortably.
The tournament concludes with an awards lunch and informal prizes. The remainder of the afternoon and evening is free for treatments, independent exploration or rest.

5
Private Ria Formosa Boat Experience
Travel to the Ria Formosa for a private boat journey through the protected lagoon system.
The route includes selected barrier islands and beaches, time for swimming and an introduction to the communities and natural environment of the region. Lunch is served aboard or arranged at a waterfront restaurant specializing in locally caught seafood.
Return to the resort for a free evening.

6
Loulé Culture and Traditional Crafts
Travel to Loulé for a guided introduction to the inland culture of the Algarve. Begin at the municipal market before walking through the historic center with a local guide. The route can include the castle quarter, traditional shopping streets and sites connected to the town’s Moorish and Portuguese heritage.
After lunch, participate in a private traditional tile-painting workshop. Guests learn about the role of azulejos in Portuguese design, practice the painting technique and create an individual tile.
Tile painting can be replaced with pottery, palm weaving, copper work or textile making depending on the group’s interests and artisan availability. Return to the resort for the farewell dinner.

7
Optional Movement and Departure
Guests can choose a final yoga or mobility class, organize an informal padel match or keep the morning free.
After breakfast and check-out, transfer to Faro Airport for departure.
